Business Development Team

Our Business Development Team is responsible for the development of virtual airlines and managing virtual airline accounts. They screen virtual airline applications and persons interested in running existing virtual airlines that are available. If you are interested in becoming a CEO for an existing virtual airline or have an existing virtual airline and applying to join SimMiles please complete a virtual airline application.

Customer Service Team

Our Customer Service Team is available 24 hours a day to provide technical support to our virtual airlines and corporate sponsors. These individuals handle the day to day operations of SimMiles and disposition inquiries made by existing virtual airline members and affiliated organizations. Software Development Team

Our Software Development Team is a group of full time, experienced, and professional individuals that are responsible for developing software, maintaining the servers and websites that SimMiles operates. These include the flight simulation servers and the virtual airline websites. SimMiles has some of the world's finest flight simulation developers that have all graduated from computer sciences programs from Universities and have years of experience working with Flight Simulator software.

Media Relations

SimMiles Executive Staff make press releases and give interviews to media outlets that are aviation and flight simulation related on a regular basis. If you are from the media and interested in interviewing staff then please complete the form below with as much detail regarding the topics of the interview and about your organization. The SimMiles Executive staff have busy schedules but make the best efforts to accommodate all requests from the aviation and media community.

Corporate Sponsors

Currently SimMiles has many corporate sponsors that use the flight simulation and airline simulation systems for business and software development. If you are a travel agency, airline, flight school or air traffic control training facility and are interested in becoming a corporate sponsor, and or would like to use our simulation systems for training and business development purposes then you may contact us for more information. Please provide as much details as possible in your request. Please make note that SimMiles receives many requests and that we try to reply to each one in a timely fashion. Corporate sponsorship is decided by the Executive Office and acceptance depends on how your organization can fit into the needs of the program.
