1. All flights must be completed on an online Network. Any flights that do not show
up online are submject to removal. Continuous infractions will result in removal of manual verification
priviledges or withdrawal of membership.

2. Real world based Virtual Airlines must keep operations as close to their real world counterparts as possible.

3. SimMiles does not grant opporunities to fictional Virtual Airline Startups. In order to be eligible to become
a VA Member that is a fictional VA it must have at least 10 active pilots, have been in operation for at
least 3 months.

4. Once granted membership a Virtual Airline must remain active with at least one flight each week from the time
of start. Should a VA Member fail to remain active SimMiles reserves the right to administratively remove the Virtual
Airline taht will have to re-apply to become a Member VA again.

5. Where SimMiles has created the web site and provides hosting for a Virtual Airline, this remains the property of
SimMiles. SimMiles reserves the right to remove or replace a CEO in this case for poor performance.

6. In the case of a Virtual Airline Member where SimMiles has not created the web site or does not provide the hosting
SimMiles only has the right to withdraw this Virtual Airline's Membership for cause. For any web site content and images
that are turned over to SimMiles remain the property of that Virtual Airline.

7. SimMiles does not and it's staff shall not share priviledged information regarding Virtual Airline web site materials
or personal information of members with any third party at any time. The privacy and property of Virtual Airlines is to
be respected by SimMiles staff at all times.
