Job Description
Seek out, interview, and screen applicants to fill existing and future job openings and promote career opportunities within American Virtual Airlines
This person will be responsible for the following:
- Recruiting, interviewing, selecting, hiring, and promoting pilots
- Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates via Skype, e-mail, or in Teamspeak
- Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to other pilots, the public, Simmiles, and other external sources. This information can be exchanged on Skype or via e-mail.
We request that the person has the ability to:
- To communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
- To speak clearly so others can understand you.
- To communicate information and ideas in writing so others will understand.
- To apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.
